HRIS (Workday) Associate Specialist

📍 Location: Geneva, Switzerland

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Workday dashboards and reports to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Support technical configuration and functional improvements in Workday.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions with minimal disruption to users.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements through well-documented processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct regression testing and support system stability during updates.
• Document configurations, testing outcomes, and support knowledge transfer.

Your Profile

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Project Management Certification or equivalent experience.
• Workday Training Certification or equivalent hands-on experience.

Experience:

• Proven experience in a professional office environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday, especially in reporting and dashboards.
• (Desirable) 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• (Desirable) Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• (Desirable) Background in HR or payroll.
