Description
As an AP Accountant 100%, your responsibilities will include:
Processing and accurately recording supplier invoices;
Managing and monitoring supplier payments;
Performing bank reconciliations and investigating any discrepancies;
Preparing financial reports for the Accounting \& Finance department;
Supporting internal and external audits by providing the required documentation;
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or disputes;
Maintaining organized records in compliance with Swiss accounting standards and IFRS ;
Act as a SAP expert for the implementation;
Contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes.
Profile
As an AP Accountant, you have the following profile:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting principles;
Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA
Fluent in English, with good written and spoken French B2 skills;
Ability to work in an international environment and meet deadlines;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
