Our client, a leading services company based in Geneva, is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join its finance team for 3 / 6 months

responsibilities :

• Issuing and processing clients invoices
• Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding payments
• Managing customer reminders and resolving billing discrepancies
• Posting accounting entries and preparing payment-related documentation
• Supporting monthly closing activities
• Liaising with internal accounting and finance teams

Profile required:

• Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar accounting role
• Solid knowledge of Excel
• Fluency in French, both written and spoken
• English and/or German is an asset
• Agility
