Job Description

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

• Lead and supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings (balance sheet, P&L, accruals, etc.)
• Coordinate and manage the external audit process and relationships with auditors
• Oversee accounting operations and provide technical guidance to the team
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and continuously improve financial processes
• Prepare statutory financial statements and support corporate tax filings
• Contribute to consolidation processes and group reporting
• Participate in finance-related projects and system enhancements

Team Coordination & Administration:

• Supervise and support a team of accountants
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily accounting tasks
• Assist in the preparation of banking documentation and payment instructions
• Collaborate on cross-functional and ad hoc projects
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data integrity

The Successful Applicant

• Swiss Federal Diploma in Controlling and/or Accounting (CPA, Expertise, Brevet)
• Previous experience in an external audit firm,
• Experience with consolidation (IFRS)
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Comfortable working in a structured environment with clearly established processes, supportive guidance, and regular managerial oversight.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid work authorisation for Switzerland
