Job Description
Human Resources Support
- Handle HR administrative tasks and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Manage employee records, contracts, leave tracking, and job changes
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and liaise with the payroll provider
- Support recruitment processes and onboarding/offboarding activities
- Respond to employee queries and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Office Administration
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Geneva office
- Manage office supplies, meeting room setups, and general upkeep
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
- Assist with local event planning, fire safety, and notary services
- Provide administrative support to the Country HR Manager and local leadership
The Successful Applicant
- HRSE Certificate or equivalent qualification
- 2-3 years of HR experience in an international or multicultural setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
