Description
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles
- Partnering with business leaders to deliver insightful financial analysis and support decision-making
- Building financial models, scenario planning and what-if analyses
- Monitoring business performance versus targets and explaining trends and variances
- Preparing monthly management reporting and KPI packs
- Supporting strategic projects including investment cases, cost optimisation and profitability analysis
- Driving improvements in forecasting tools, processes and financial reporting
Profile
- 3-7+ years experience in FP&A / controlling / corporate finance
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with complex data
- Proven track record partnering with business stakeholders
- Fluent English (German is a bonus)
- Excellent Excel skills (experience with Power BI / BI tools is a big plus)
- You're proactive, curious, and love turning numbers into narrative
