Job Description

• Drafting, reviewing, and formatting commercial contracts and legal documents (e.g. NDAs, framework agreements)

• Monitoring contractual obligations, deadlines, and renewals

• Coordinating with internal departments (compliance, finance, operations) to ensure regulatory adherence

• Providing administrative support to the legal department (filing, archiving, managing signatures, updating legal databases)

• Conducting basic legal research related to internal activities

• Acting as a liaison with external law firms and counterparties

• Preparing documentation for internal or external audits

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or equivalent; A paralegal certificate or diploma in legal assistance is a strong asset

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Strong understanding of contract management and legal documentation

• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced, international setting

• Excellent communication skills in French and English

• Discreet and professional in handling confidential information
