We are seeking for one of our client, a private bank based in Geneva, an Associate Banker (6 months contract).

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will be a key partner to the Senior Relationship Manager, providing comprehensive support in client relationship management and driving business growth within a prestigious private banking environment. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from client servicing to strategic business development, ensuring exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.

Responsabilities :

  • Deliver high-quality support to clients, addressing complex inquiries and ensuring timely resolution to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Handle daily operational tasks, including account setup and termination, loan processing, and preparation of necessary documentation.
  • Support client and prospect engagements by organizing pre-meeting preparations, documenting discussions, and maintaining detailed interaction records.
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new clients through thorough profiling, qualification, and conversion strategies.
  • Strengthen client relationships by conducting in-depth analyses and providing customized solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of targeted sales and marketing initiatives, with a focus on wealth management and investment products.
  • Perform market research and lead generation activities to uncover new business opportunities and support client-focused events.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports on business performance, including revenue tracking, pipeline updates, and other critical metrics.
  • Ensure client records are meticulously maintained, adhering to Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements.
  • Exercise sound judgment to mitigate risks, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards to protect the organization and its clients.

Profile :

  • A proactive professional with the ability to work autonomously and tackle complex challenges effectively.
  • Strong expertise in private banking or wealth management, coupled with a solid understanding of industry best practices.
  • Proficient in analytical reasoning, with experience leveraging data analysis tools to drive informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly and accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling sensitive or complex information with professionalism and tact.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, managing diverse tasks with potential for significant business impact.
