For one of our clients, we are recruiting a Business Analyst / Assistant Product Owner who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Are you looking for you next challenging position? This opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs, functional specifications and user stories into detailed technical specifications.
  • Act as a liaison between business/project teams and technical IT dev. teams to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
  • Assist the Product Owner in backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.
  • Help define acceptance criteria and validate deliverables against business expectations.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of IT requirements, dataflows, data model details and system interactions.
  • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure transparency and traceability.
  • Support testing efforts by reviewing test cases and validating outcomes against requirements.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Profile:

  • At least 3-4 years' experience in bridging business and IT in complex environments.
  • Familiarity with API documentation, data modeling, or system architecture. Strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects of software development
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or project management
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence
  • Ability to work in Agile environments.
  • Strong asset: Knowledge of banking, trading and finance
  • Ability to communicate in English with colleagues from different nationalities
