Job Description

  • Model, analyze, and optimize business processes across multiple functions.
  • Define and design data models to support evolving operational needs.
  • Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements.
  • Test and support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Contribute to the decommissioning of existing CRM and Grants Management systems.
  • Facilitate workshops with SMEs, BPOs, and key internal stakeholders.
  • Create training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users.
  • Support change-management activities and contribute to internal communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ICT and operational departments.
  • Coordinate with external consultants to refine and validate system designs.
  • Ensure smooth adoption of new processes and ways of working.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within an NGO or international organization.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM decommissioning and/or replacing legacy systems.
  • Familiarity with Grants Management process flows and related tools.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organized, structured, and methodical.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo to identify process improvements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Fluent in English and French, spoken and written.
  • 6-9 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a business analyst, consultant, process manager, or internal auditor.
  • Proficient with CRM/ERP platforms, BI tools, and advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Skilled in using process modeling tools (e.g., Visio or similar).
  • Experience in supporting change adoption within operational teams.
