Business Develop manager for CNC machines used in HM carbide inserts industry

1. Job description:
    Develop and contact existing and potential customers in Asia and Europe for special machines project used in carbide inserts industry, especially Automated Powder Press, 5 axis CNC machining centers and carbide inserts inspection machine, to establish and maintain business relation with them for procurement such machines.
    Visiting regularly our customers in Asia, esp. in China as well as some in Europe for sales and marketing, technical training purpose.
    Keep contacting and commercial negotiation with our European machine partner companies to help them better understanding of our customers’ needs then develop a right market strategy.
    Prospection of premium used CNC machines, specifically 5 or 6 axis CNC tool and carbide inserts grinding machines like EWAG, Walter, ANCA, Saccke, Rollomatic, Stähli, Wendt, Agathon, etc. on the European market in order to help the company develop this business.
    Coordination with partners and colleagues in China office for commercial and technical support of sold projects in terms of commissioning, spare parts and possible training and overhaul.
    Maintaining knowledge of market/industry trends, training of machine product at partner companies.
    Make weekly/montly report to CEO.

2. Required qualifications:
   A minimum 5 year experience in profound technical or commercial (with technical background) in new or used CNC Power Press and 5 Axis CNC machines for cemented carbide and other hard metal cutting tools and inserts, understand and principal of pressing/HSC machining /grinding process and familiar with different Swiss and German brands of CNC machines on the market. e.g. Osterwalder, Dorst, Mikron, Fehlmann, EWAMATIC Line, Agathon, Wendt, etc.

Deep understanding about the HM carbide inserts production chain.
Excellent business development skills and experience to build up a functioning business model.
Fit and willing to travel regularly to Asia, esp. China and sometimes within Europe.
Mechanical Engineering diploma preferably.
Language skills: Fluency Chinese and English is mandatory, knowledge of at least two local language (German and French) is preferable.
