Your team
Corporate Functions include the Group-s non-banking activities and employ more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include the following departments: Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Group Sustainability Office, Risk and Tax.
You will be joining the Employee Communications team in Geneva. As such, you will inform and engage the employees of the Group through the different internal communication channels as well as various employee communications initiatives and projects to foster corporate awareness and culture.
Your role
- Drafting, editing and publishing communications for employees through our various internal channels (One.Pictet, -Entre Nous-, corporate magazine, newsletters to staff, video scripts, etc.).
- Helping design employee communications campaigns for major initiatives, including gathering information, defining and drafting the contents, selecting the appropriate channels and monitoring the success of the campaigns.
- Helping to coordinate communications with other internal communications teams to ensure consistency of information.
- Assisting with the organisation of internal events and in-house exhibitions.
Your profile
- University degree.
- Some years of working experience - preferably in the field of communications - would be an asset.
- Excellent oral and written command of French and English and communication skills.
- Ability to design creative materials for our graphic arts-based communications content.
- Writing, editorial and graphic design skills, with attention to detail.
- Organised in your work and in setting priorities.
- A creative thinker, able to take initiative and to negotiate with diplomacy.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration culture.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
