Your role
Do you proactively go the extra mile to help clients? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure? Do you want to be part of a new banking era and play an important role in the merger of the two largest Swiss banks?
We are forming new teams to facilitate the merger and accommodate our growing client base, and we are seeking client account managers to:
- support our clients and assist our advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- be a point-of-entry concerning a wide range of client requests relating to topics such as general banking services, accounts, stock orders execution, payments, various digital topics etc.
- take end-to-end ownership for client services tasks and processes via telephone and in writing

Your team
You will be working in the GWM FSO Client Services Wealth Management International Team which is part of the Global Wealth Management Front Support Office (FSO). We are a dynamic and inspiring organization with offices in Basel, Zurich, Lamone, and Renens. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team, with the primary work location being Renens. As client account manager you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services.
Our combined efforts help manage, preserve, and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey and free up valuable time for Client Advisors. Providing excellent and outstanding client experience is our main goal.
Your expertise
- profound knowledge of banking services, ideally within a client facing team, combined with excellent communication skills
- financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team, combined with excellent communication skills
- ability to understand complex issues and present solutions in an understandable way
- a keen interest in financial products and services
- strong attention to detail and risk, even when under pressure
- resilient team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
- fluent in spoken and written Spanish, Portuguese and English
