Compliance Assistant - Monitoring (3 months)
As a Compliance Assistant, you will be part of the Compliance Department and work in the Monitoring Team. You will be assigned a specific three-month mission related to external legal and regulatory requests, which will include the following tasks:
Conducting research on client accounts
Reviewing the clarifications sent to clients and the responses received
Sorting, summarizing and translating information in a report
Preparing documentation for the Legal Department
Ensuring the timely follow-up of these requests and deadlines
Qualifications
Graduated in Laws or in Economics is a strong asset
Interest in the financial industry
Excellent command of English and French
Analytical and methodological approach
Detail-oriented, organized, and conscientious
Strong team player who enjoys working in multicultural, dynamic, technological and international environment
