We-re looking for a Network Manager to lead the evolution of our global network. In this role, you-ll inspire a team that safeguards and scales both cloud-native network platforms and on-premises network infrastructure, while continuing our shift toward a Zero Trust architecture. You won-t just be managing networks, you-ll be shaping the foundation of secure connectivity for our business, empowering innovation while protecting what matters most.

Reporting to the Connectivity and Workplace Associate Director within the CTO office, you will oversee both on-premises and cloud networking, ensuring seamless integration and performance across environments.

Working closely with local IT and product teams, you will align network capabilities with organizational goals while staying ahead with emerging technologies and best practices. Your core mission is to deliver a robust, secure, and scalable network that meets the organization-s evolving needs.

If you thrive at the intersection of technology, security, and leadership, this position is for you.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Secure by design, partner with Security operations to build resilience, enforce compliance, and safeguard critical assets.
  • Architect the future, define and deliver the roadmap for next-gen hybrid networking, scalable, automated, and cloud-first.
  • Operational excellence, oversee day-to-day performance, availability, and security of global networks.
  • Automate & optimize, accelerate agility through infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and AI-driven operations.
  • Be the escalation anchor, lead during high-stakes incidents, guiding teams through complexity with calm expertise.
  • Inspire growth, mentor, develop, and motivate your team to achieve their best and push boundaries.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • 10+ years of network engineering/management, with leadership.
  • Strong expertise in cloud networking (AWS VPCs, GCP Networking, SD-WAN, Zscaler).
  • Solid background in enterprise/legacy networking (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, F5).
  • Experience implementing or managing Zero Trust security frameworks.
  • Collaboration with Security Operations Centers.
  • Proficiency with automation & observability (Terraform, Ansible, Python, monitoring tools).
  • Clear track record of leading teams through transformation and scaling secure networks.
