COO - Litigation Strategy

Requirements:
Professional Experience
min 20 years in the field of multi jurisdictional and multi court dispute resolutions across number of countries;
management of teams of subordinates
management of international legal teams
carrying out dispute resolution settlement negotiations
minimum 20 years management of teams of external professional legal advisers, working on disputes in courts of London and/or New York
management of professional public relations companies
track record shall include at least 3 successful big cases won or amicably settled; value of individual claims shall exceed USD 100 mln in each case;
examples of successfully developed winning litigation strategy;
minimum 20 years experience in managing international investigations advisory firms;
excellent understanding of the international legal market in the western hemisphere
deep understanding and/or qualifications in financial analysis, financial reporting, IAS, IFRS and US GAAP financial statements. ACCA qualification is a plus;
at least 5 years experience of working in Big4 audit firms at the start or in the middle of career;
experience of assets recovery is a plus;

Qualifications
engineer / technical high school / university diploma with highest grades;

Languages
English or French, C1 level
Arabic, Indian or Russian, C1 level
