Your Role

As CRM Assistant Booking Center International at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the overall day-to-day business operations and provide client-centric experiences through efficient administrative, operational and compliance-related tasks.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting Client Relationship Managers for both direct and offshore booking center clients
• Handling payments, transfers, deposits and check related Know your Transaction (KYT) issues, follow up on their processing
• Ensuring customer transactions and interactions, adhering to legal & regulatory requirements as well as bank policies
• Preparing account opening forms including checking opening for shared business accounts and their follow up
• Executing trading orders on all asset classes and inputting trades in our systems, making sure they are compliant with all regulations and suitability requirements
• Corporate actions
• Prepare confirmation letters and reference letters
• Follow up with issues (KYC, KYT, Fatca, Tax Compliance, Risk category changes)

Your Profile

• University degree in Finance
• First relevant work experience in Private Banking
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
• Ability to weigh problems and set priorities
• Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
• Ability to work under pressure and work with various stakeholders
• Fluency in English, other languages are an advantage
