You are the main contact person for logistics questions and actively contribute to service quality, delivery reliability, and the optimization of standard and specific deliveries (delivery calls, express, special transport, returns).- Interface between clients, carriers, and internal departments.- Monitoring of delivery times and ensuring proactive communication with clients.- Management of logistics incidents (delays, transport damage, discrepancies).- Implementation of corrective measures and participation in continuous improvement projects.- Processing of logistics-related administration (invoice control, credit notes, reporting).- Order entry and tracking, data management, and system updates (MS Office, ERP, Salesforce, client portals).Your profile- Technical and/or commercial training, ideally in the glass field.- Professional experience of at least 2 years in logistics or a commercial environment.- Technical affinity and ease with IT tools (MS Office, ERP, CRM).- Very good organizational skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.- Resistance to stress and ability to take initiative.- Customer orientation, sense of service, and team spirit.Language skills- French: B2 level- German: Native language or C2 level- English and any additional languages: an assetYour benefits- You work with complete autonomy and assume great personal responsibility.- Flexible working hours.- Individual development and continuous training, as well as support for internal promotions.- Parking and public transport 15 minutes walk from the train station.- Access to our gym.- Company restaurant offering advantageous rates.Vetrotech Saint-Gobain AG is one of the leading manufacturers of fire-resistant, safety, and high-performance glass meeting exceptional criteria in buildings and ships.
