Job Description

Scope of the IC Digital Design Technical Lead

Technical Excellence

• Proven ability to architect and implement complex digital systems (MCU, DSP, accelerators)
• Strong RTL design skills with production-quality IP
• Solid understanding of design intent, timing, and power

System & Integration Impact

• Ability to translate system requirements into hardware architectures
• Effective collaboration with product, integration, and software teams
• Experience with hardware-software co-design

Quality & Methodology

• Strong focus on design robustness, quality, and releases
• Experience improving design flows and methodologies
• Awareness of DFMEA, verification, and validation practices

Leadership & Communication

• Mentoring junior engineers (local and overseas)
• Leading technical reviews and projects
• Writing clear technical documentation

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements of the role of IC Digital Design Technical Lead

• MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10-15+ years of semiconductor design experience
• Strong RTL design skills (Verilog/SystemVerilog)
• Experience with MCU/DSP systems and digital IP
• Technical leadership and excellent communication skills
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland
