Gini Steel GmbH is looking for experienced and motivated Steel Fixers (+10 Rebar Workers) to join our growing team on construction projects across Switzerland.

• Read and interpret construction drawings and reinforcement plans.
• Cut, bend, and install reinforcing steel bars and mesh.
• Assemble reinforcement cages and structures according to specifications.
• Secure rebar using tying wire and appropriate tools.
• Work closely with site supervisors and construction teams.
• Follow Swiss health and safety regulations at all times.
• Ensure quality workmanship and meet project deadlines.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Steel Fixer / Rebar Worker.
• Ability to read technical drawings and reinforcement plans.
• Good knowledge of construction site safety procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects is an advantage.
• Driving license is a plus.
