Rajah Selva Caterina Del Vecchio EF-DS-GO1CI EUS End User Services Switzerland West Aubonne | Zone Industrielle de L'Ouriettaz  Your Responsibilities:Focus on information technology infrastructure .Develop, implement, and maintain new and existing applications, systems architecture, and network systems.Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade computer systems hardware and software.Administer and maintain security of operating systems, including restoring files and providing operational support for the organization's information systems.Impact the effectiveness of your work team through the quality of services or information provided; typically act as an informal resource for less experienced colleagues.Identify key issues and patterns and spot new, less obvious solutions.Be accountable for the quality of your own work; provide solutions to problems based on practice, existing precedents, or procedures.Use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency; complete work with a limited degree of supervision.Your Profile:Requires proficiency through formal and job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.Typically reports to a Manager role or Project Manager role, based on organizational setup; may have a lead person for day-to-day guidance.Deep technical knowledge of specific systems (Infrastructure) and IT Services (EUS/GSD).In-depth troubleshooting skills. Responsiveness and customer focus.Experience with technical documentation and knowledge management.Understanding of Security & Quality standards.What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
