About Our Client

Our client is an international company based in Nyon.

Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Site Services Manager.
  • Coordinate facility services and follow up on administrative tasks related to the HQ building.
  • Act as a liaison between HQ associates and facility service providers.
  • Support administrative processes related to facilities.
  • Coordinate operational activities such as creation of POs

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative support role.
  • Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
  • Experience in a client-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
