YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a Finance Director who leads the full scope of Finance except for Manufacturing Finance. It includes financial planning and analysis, controlling, accounting, processes & systems incl. data, and operational pricing. The position directly reports to the CFO and is part of the CFO Leadership Team.
PLAYING YOUR PART
You will :
Develop and implement the long-term financial plan and annual budgets
In collaboration with CFO, CEO and the Executive Committee, you are responsible for aligning the financial plan with the Maison’s strategic objectives, ensuring that the plan is realistic and achievable, and communicating the plan to key stakeholders.
Lead the forecasting process and analyze financial performance
You are responsible for developing and implementing a robust forecasting process, ensuring that forecasts are accurate and timely, and providing insights into the drivers of performance, identifying key trends, providing guidance and objective data for decision-making and recommendations for financial performance improvement
Drive Finance strategy and projects

Together with the Finance Leadership team you are responsible for establishing and driving a vision, implementation plan and project roadmap, aligned with the Maison’s strategic objectives and priorities
Lead continuous improvement of financial processes, data and systems

You are responsible for the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes, data and systems, ensuring that finance deliverables are of high quality and meet the needs of the Maison. You aspire to scout and pilot for new “ways of working” and developing best practices

Partner with key stakeholders across the business
You are responsible for ensuring excellent financial guidance and support for the stakeholders within and around the Maison, including our international finance community. You ensure that the Finance function is aligned (or even a step ahead) with the needs of the business and drives optimal resource allocation

Lead the team
You are responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensuring that the team has the skills and resources necessary to thrive

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL ?
Success in this role will require,
A Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
10+ years of experience in FP&A, with a proven track record of success in a similar role in the Luxury/Watchmaking industry is a plus
A strong track record in leadership and team management
A strong analytical and problem solver mindset
An excellent communication and presentation skills
An excellent organizational and time management skills
A good command of French & English
