Our client, a leading financial institution specializing in wealth management, is seeking a Financial Advisor to strengthen its investment team. This role is based in Switzerland and offers the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional client experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
- Support Wealth Managers by providing investment advice within the framework of a transaction-based service, while filtering investment requests with relevant information and research, adhering to permitted guidelines.
- Enhance the value proposition of transaction-based investment advisory services to improve client experience and market penetration.
- Prepare performance reports by collecting and consolidating data from various systems (CRM, fund platforms, etc.), and provide portfolio valuation statements upon request.
- Present new investment opportunities to drive client engagement and growth in Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Develop tailored investment proposals for clients based on requests from Wealth Managers or clients, ensuring compliance with transaction-based procedures and guidelines.
- For special investment requests outside the institution's standard offerings, gather necessary information from stakeholders and conduct initial research for submission to the advisory committee.
- Actively participate in the institution's Financial Advisory Committee.
- Stay informed on economic and financial market developments to support opportunities with accurate and relevant data.
- Manage daily tasks, including research, documentation, and preparation of materials to support the transaction-based service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all investment products offered, including recommended lists across traditional and alternative asset classes.
- Stay informed about changes within the institution's investment offerings to proactively propose new ideas and strategies.
Ideal profile :
- Bachelor's degree in finance or economics.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in advisory roles at a private bank or wealth management firm.
- Experience across all asset classes, both traditional and alternative.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Ability to articulate information, ideas, and solutions concisely to Wealth Managers and clients.
- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and proposal preparation.
- Strong quantitative and research skills.
- Dynamic and outgoing personality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of financial markets.
- Strong team-oriented mindset.
