You hold a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics, or an equivalent qualification, and brings a minimum of five years' successful experience in financial planning and analysis, business analysis or financial control, ideally gained within a large international corporate environment. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, thrive in a collaborative team setting with shifting priorities and time constraints, and demonstrate the ability to build and manage effective relationships within a matrix organisation. You have proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with practical knowledge of management accounting and consolidation systems such as Dynamics, Power BI, Jedox. You are fluent in English and have a very good command of French.
As Financial Analyst, you will support strategic and operational decision-making by providing accurate financial insights, forecasts, and performance analysis; you will contribute to budgeting, reporting, and financial planning processes across the organisation and you will ensure financial data integrity and support continuous improvement in financial practices.
Your key responsibilities will be to :
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making,
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement,
- Collaborate with departments to gather financial data and ensure alignment with organisational goals,
- Support the development and implementation of financial models and tools to improve reporting efficiency.
Additional tasks may be assigned by the manager based on operational needs and the employee's capabilities.
