We are looking for a General Counsel to join an investment management firm in Zurich. Swiss Bar Admission is a must have, together with German and English language capabilities.

About the role:
Serve as the primary legal advisor to senior management and the Board on all legal and regulatory matters
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of six legal professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
Oversee legal aspects of investment activities, including fund structuring, transactions, and regulatory compliance
Ensure adherence to Swiss and international financial regulations
Manage external counsel and legal service providers efficiently
Support strategic initiatives, including new product launches and cross-border expansion
Identify and mitigate legal risks across the organization
About the candidate:
Swiss Bar qualification (mandatory)
Fluency in both German and English (mandatory)
Significant experience in investment management, asset management, or financial services
Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing teams
Strong knowledge of Swiss financial market regulations and international legal frameworks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
