Description
We are looking for a candidate for the position of Global Project Manager to enable project teams developing new products or maintaining existing products on the market to achieve the set goal as effectively and efficiently as possible with the given resources of our client.
Responsibilities
- Plan & Implement Projects: Set up and maintain project structures, timelines, budgets, and communication plans. Ensure quality through risk management, critical path analysis, and robust planning
- Execute & Improve Processes: Drive project management activities, prepare for milestone and capacity reviews, and lead continuous improvement by sharing best practices
- Apply Methodologies: Select and adapt project approaches, combining Agile and traditional methods as needed. Coach teams on methodology and agile practices
- Facilitate Collaboration: Organize meetings, foster knowledge sharing, and build strong team dynamics to optimize delivery and effectiveness
- Measure & Report Performance: Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and other metrics to monitor progress and support decision-making at project and portfolio levels
Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in project/program management within Diagnostics, MedTech, Pharma, or Food industry
- Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Tools: Proficient with Google Suite and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Planisware)
- Skills: Strong communication abilities and customer-oriented mindset
