  • Explore and propose production innovations and cost‑optimization opportunities while maintaining high design standards.

  • Strong technical competence in packaging, product development, regulatory considerations, and production processes.
  • Proven design management skills and experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects.
  • Ability to articulate and defend design decisions at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to anticipate needs.
  • High curiosity, strong creative skills, and the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into actionable design solutions.
  • Expert proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro; additional skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
