Group Head of TaxDo you want to make an impact?We are looking for a Group Head of Tax to join the TeamYour main Mission:Leads global tax governance, and compliance for the Group, ensuring full adherence while optimizing the tax position across supply chains and cross-border supporting growth, and protecting the company.Leadership: Define and drive the Group s global tax advising senior leadership on tax and Governance & Risk Management: Ensure robust tax governance and full compliance across all jurisdictions, including risk management, audits, and transfer Excellence: Oversee global tax and reporting, ensuring filings and driving efficiency through process improvements and Partnering: Partner with business functions to provide tax guidance on commercial supply chain, and financing Leadership: Lead and develop the tax team external advisors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective bring:- Advanced degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, or Law; relevant preferred- 10+ years experience in industrial environments, ideally with Big4 or law firm in tax, transfer pricing, customs, and indirect taxes- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional tax environments in analytical, influencing, and stakeholder management skills- Strong skills in English; additional European languages are a plus- Experience in project management and cross-functional (preferred)Join us – and grow with is an engineering company, pioneering intelligent solutions shape the future of the packaging you make an impact on a global scale – through and advanced technology.
