Your responsibilities

To support already existing and new GxP services at the UZH/USZ, the goal is to establish centralized GxP platform to support promotion and customer acquisition for services offered by member institutions' GxP facilities.

• Establish and manage centralized GxP platform supporting already existing and new GxP services
• Definition and implementation of all operational measures
• Defining, modifying and managing the short, medium and long-term growth strategy for the current and future GxP services, considering the current market landscape and future trends
• Recognizing and creating business development opportunities
• Acquiring, deepening and expanding relationships with key customers
• Clerk service for GxP project customers, connecting customer with the respective GxP facility
• Close collaboration and good cooperation with all levels of the organization (especially with member institutions' GxP facilities)
