Head of Logistics Excellence Center


CONTEXT

As the Head of Logistics Excellence Center, you will lead the Logistics Excellence Center to define, improve, deploy and anchor logistics standards, capabilities and end-to-end operational projects. You will ensure process excellence, enablement, innovation, standardization and field readiness in Regional operations across warehousing, transport, and import-export/customs - in close collaboration with Group Logistics, Regions, Maisons, Group Platforms and other Group Functions.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  1. Shape and Evolve the Logistics Operating Model (LOM)

    • Define and maintain logistics processes and standards (warehousing, transport, import-export/customs)
    • Monitor adoption and usage across systems, Regions and Functions, identify gaps and implement improvements
    • Design and evolve the LOM roadmap to ensure consistent, scalable, and future-proof practices that create added value for Regions and Maisons
  2. Enable Process Deployment and Capability Building

    • Lead the deployment of new logistics processes and capabilities in close collaboration with Regions
    • Structure and support local capability ownership by helping define roles, governance and ways of working
    • Lead training, coaching, and change enablement to secure adoption and operational readiness
  3. Accelerate Innovation and Digital Logistics

    • Pilot digital/automation initiatives with Regions and Group Platform
    • Capture innovations, validate them, and integrate them into the LOM
    • Foster a digital mindset and support operational maturity in the network
  4. Lead and Support End-to-End Operational Projects

    • Deliver transversal logistics projects (e.g. TMS, EWM, GTS, etc.)
    • Ensure consistency with the LOM and mobilize the right expert mix (BPOs, PMs) based on project needs
    • Collaborate with Group Platform to align systems with business needs
  5. Build and Manage a High-Performing Team

    • Lead a team of Business Process Owners and Project Managers
    • Ensure clear structure, governance and effective collaboration across central and regional actors
    • Foster development, knowledge sharing, and a continuous improvement mindset
  6. Support Logistics Transformation Roadmap

    • Contribute to major logistics transformation programs by bringing process expertise and operational insight
    • Ensure alignment with the LOM and drive integration into daily operations
    • Act as a key partner to Transformation team, PMO, and Business Performance teams to support execution and drive measurable impact

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You bring strong end-to-end logistics expertise (warehousing, transport, import/export, customs), and a proven ability to drive change, structure processes, and support operational teams.

We are looking for a leader who combines:

  • Process & project management: strong skills in process design, continuous improvement (Lean, VSM, etc.), and logistics systems (SAP EWM, GTS, TMS, etc.)
  • Change leadership: experience in training, coaching, and embedding new ways of working in the field
  • People & influence: able to engage stakeholders across central teams, Regions, and Maisons through empathy, clarity and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Strategic mindset & execution drive: able to translate big-picture goals into operational outcomes and manage complexity with pragmatism
