In the context of an ongoing transformation and structuring of the People function, an international organization is looking for its future:

HRIS, People Analytics & HR Process Excellence Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • HRIS & Digital Transformation

Lead the evolution and optimization of the HRIS (Workday), ensuring performance, adoption, and alignment with business needs

Ensure data quality, system consistency, and proper integration with Finance and IT tools

Act as the internal expert across all modules and support users in adopting the system

  • People Analytics & HR Performance Management

Design and maintain dashboards and an HR Scorecard covering key workforce indicators

Deliver high-value analyses to support strategic decision-making

Enable HR teams and managers to leverage data and strengthen data-driven capabilities

  • HR Process Excellence

Identify and implement improvements across the employee lifecycle

Standardize, simplify, and digitalize HR processes in a multi-site, multi-country environment

Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the People function

  • Engagement & External Reporting

Lead employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify actionable insights

Contribute to benchmarking initiatives and external certifications (diversity, inclusion, etc.)

Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of reporting for internal and external stakeholders

  • Data Governance & Compliance

Define and maintain HR data governance standards

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations

Strengthen data quality controls and reliability

  • HR Project Management

Coordinate key HR initiatives and ensure proper tracking (timelines, risks, priorities)

Ensure alignment and consistency across transformation projects

Profile

University degree in HR, Information Systems, Data, or a related field

7+ years of experience in HRIS, people analytics, or HR transformation roles

Strong hands-on experience with Workday (configuration and post go-live management)

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Proven project management and stakeholder coordination skills

Good understanding of data protection and compliance in international environments

Fluency in English is required; French is an asset
