• Gestion des opérations et résolution d-incidents
• Garantie du respect des services
• Identification d-opportunités d-automatisation des activités de support
• Participation au développement des « managed services »
• Solide expérience avec Intune : Design et architecture, configuration, gestion des mises à jour, sécurité et conformité, troubleshooting, résolution de problèmes
• Solide expérience dans Configuration Manager:  Setup, integration and configuration, management, and troubleshooting. Good knowledge in OSD, App Mgmt., Patching mgmt., Reporting and monitoring.
• Connaissances en Azure, Security Baseline, Configuration Profile, Autopilot, Task Sequence & Software Update

Ce qui te distingue

• Savoir-faire en Workplace Management (Windows 10/11 administration, configuration, WaaS)
• Connaissances MDM/MAM Airwatch, Lookout, E-Fota
• Connaissance et expérience dans le packaging applicatif
• Expérience VDI (Vmware/Citrix/Microsoft) Cloud PC et Virtual Desktop
• Expérience avec un outil d-analyse (par exemple : Nexthink)
• Forte capacité de compréhension et de structuration, orientation solution, autonomie, sens du service et esprit d-équipe
• Très bon niveau de français et d-anglais à l-écrit et à l-oral
