About Our Client

Our client is a multinational company looking to strenghten its Tax function with an Interim Tax Advisor. The role will be based in Geneva.

Job Description

Our client needs an Interim Tax Advisor to support the efficient execution of a large restructuring project with a cross-functional team comprising Finance, HR, IT, Procurement. Key areas of responsibilities: - Implementation of the restructuring project under the leadership of a Senior Tax Director: mergers, transfer of assets, creation of a revised Transfer Pricing model for Swiss entities and subsequent branches, tax ruling definition.

- Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule as per the Project Plan.

- Collect information from key internal stakeholders and prepare documents for Tax Advisors and Tax authorities. Acting as an internal resource, the Interim Tax Advisor should be ready to deliver in a quick and pragmatic manner.

The Successful Applicant

- Strong technical background in International Tax / TP, deep understanding of relevant regulations.

- Experience in working for a corporate head office of a multinational organization, ideally with exposure to large-scale projects and frequent organizational changes.

- Results-oriented attitude, proactive and pragmatic approach.

- Passion for interacting with various functions, including non-tax/non-technical.

- Great communication skills, fluent in English.

- While focus, ability to take initiative and to go beyond a job description.

- Highly organized and detail oriented.
