YOUR ROLE
We are seeking an International PR Specialist to join our PR and Corporate Communication department. The International PR Specialist will participate in ensuring the reputation of the Maison, creating and curating engaging content, distributing information and performing research and market analysis activities. He/She will ensure Maison’s messages and news are successfully communicated to stakeholders, being responsible for executing PR strategies to enhance our brand image and increase PR coverage on a global scale. This role requires a strong understanding of international media relations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and subsidiaries.
PLAYING YOUR PART, you will
CREATING AND SHARING CONTENT
Ensure all communications reflect the tone of voice of the Maison
Lead the planning and editing of part of the content creation
Lead the distribution all communication materials to subsidiaries and press
IMPROVING GLOBAL PR ACTIVATION
Contribute to the setting of PR objectives and implementation
Improve the international press database, based on strategic segmentation, performance and KPIs, to support the PR strategy
DEVELOPPING REPORTS
Lead the monthly coverage report as well as daily and ad-hoc highlights, collating press review, all coverage across offline and online media, using key metrics to measure the earned media performance, in close collaboration with the subsidiaries
Benchmark and analyze trends and coverage, sharing key learnings and best practices
Gather cross media results and highlight key learnings
SETTING THE PR ACTIVATION
Deal with enquiries from the public, press, and related organizations, and refer requests to the appropriate spokesperson or information source
Ensure media inquiries are relevant, working on detailed media briefs
Set up press photo and video shootings and follow up with the media until the publication goes live
Lead the organization of PR interactions such as press conferences and previews, PR days, exhibitions, press events
Lead the organization of manufacture visits
Support markets on a regular basis to answer their requests and improve performance locally
COORDINATING WATCHES AND WONDERS
Coordinate the project
Lead the logistics of the fair, including interviews and photo shooting plannings
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success in this role will require,
You have a Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
You are immediately available
You have proven experience in Media Relations, with mandatory experience in the watchmaking industry
You are at ease with Content Creation, Data Analysis, Database Management, Event Management and Reporting
You excel in Communication, Organization, Problem-Solving, Attention to detail and Negotiation
A good command of French & English
