Junior IT support technician

Your role:

• manage level 1 and 2 IT support requests
• troubleshoot incidents
• use the ticketing tool to manage the incidents
• prepare software and hardware for new employees
• prepare visio conference rooms for meetings
• deal with VIP support

Your skills:

• at least 1 year experience in IT support ideally in an international environment
• good knowledge of Microsoft environments
• experience with M365 and O365 tools

Your profile:

• academic background in IT
• excellent soft skills
• good level of english and french
• ideally you are based in Geneva canton or close
