• Support and develop our Cisco-based network infrastructure for reliable connectivity and performance
• Manage service access and optimize our virtualization platform, including virtual servers and containerized applications
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with senior engineers for complex problem-solving
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, enhancing skills with a focus on IT security
• Engage in IT improvement and automation projects, taking on more responsibility as experience grow

Your Skills

• Completed technical education or IT degree (or equivalent practical experience) providing you with a solid foundation in information technology 
• Basic networking knowledge (IP routing and NAT); exposure to Cisco equipment and/or a CCNA certification is advantageous 
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMWare, Proxmox)  
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about new technologies and IT domains
• Very good communication skills and a collaborative mindset 
• Ability to solve problems proactively and take the initiative to improve processes
• Ambitious and ready to grow professionally by taking on more responsibility in critical systems or projects
