Lead Specialist HR Mobility & Service Delivery

We are looking for a Senior HR Mobility and Service Delivery Specialist (M/F) for our client specializing in the chemical industry.Description:
• Mobility and Immigration:
- Be the entry point for Employees, Management, HR Business Partners, Mobility Centre of Expertise and Expatriates for all questions related to local Mobility, Immigration, Relocation and Administration
- Prepare, welcome and follow up on arrivals and departures of assignees and transferees
- Administrate Commuters and business trips visitors
- Manage expatriate payroll and reporting, in collaboration with other affiliates
• Service Delivery:
- Be an entry point for the global HR Service Center activities, coordination of administrative processes on a local basis as well as for all absence and time management subjects
- Participate in the design, implementation and carry out of local/regional/global HR projects on ad hoc request as well as to yearly HR Activities

You bring:
• Customer focus, curiosity and service oriented
• Previous experience of Mobility policies and practices, in a multinational environment
• At ease with IT tools, Digital environment and softwares (especially with SAP and Excel)
• Skilled with numbers (PAYROLL Practice), passionate by what they represent and analytical competencies
• Proficiency in French, English and German
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment with a positive outlook, strong resilience and opportunistic mindset
• Experience 5 years in a similar position
