HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Learning Experience Project Coordinator to join us. If you're a wish to have an impact on our Maison, with a flair for luxury timepieces and a passion for people, this is your chance to shine. As our Learning Experience Project Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our global efforts to share the Jaeger-LeCoultre story with the world. You will work hand-in-hand with our L&D team, contributing to the creation, management, and execution of groundbreaking Training initiatives.
- Orchestrate the Training Roadmap:
- Co-create, manage, and deploy training contents (e-learning modules, video editing-) and ensure a seamless translation across all languages
- Design captivating training presentations that ignite passion and inspire excellence.
- Manage the Digital learning platforms (LMS CornerStone, Watch Live)
- Organize and facilitate Training programs (MBD, HWM, Watchmaking Culture et Leadership) being the driving force behind the operational success of training roll-outs.
- Coordinate training requests (6S, Inside, Product training, Retail Webinars, Learn From Experts, HWM trainings, Remote Manufacture Visits, etc.)
- Manage Editorial, community management & engagement (WL news, challenges, etc.)
- Communication & promotion of the L&D initiatives (L&D Newsletter, Retail Newsletter, working with Internal Com.)
- Be in contact with the Richemont L&D community (Group, Europe, Swiss)
- Support other L&D missions (Speexx, Linkedin Learning, etc.)
- Track and monitor training initiatives:
- Manage the training activation plan, leveraging our internal corporate Learning Management System, WatchLive e-learning app, and other tracking tools.
- Orchestrate employee assignments and training tracking within the Learning Management System and WatchLive app.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (Bi-annual, Monthly, and other ad-hock demands etc.) and translate data into actionable insights.
- Curate unforgettable experiences:
- Assist in the operational organization of training meetings and seminars, including exclusive Manufacture visits.
- Manage all aspects of organization and hospitality, from seamless travel arrangements to unforgettable gifts.
- Collaborate with local partners, Manufacture artisans, Regional trainers, and sales staff.
- Empower the Jaeger-LeCoultre Trainers Community:
- Co-animate the Jaeger-LeCoultre Worldwide Trainers- Community, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Organize regular remote visits from our Manufacture nestled in Le Sentier, Vallée de Joux, bringing the heart of our craft to the world.
- engaging content that inspires and empowers our trainers.
- Manage internal communication, ensuring our trainers are always in the know.
- Provide unwavering support to our worldwide trainers, helping them achieve their full potential.
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
- You have initial experience in project management, training, product marketing, retail, or a client-related function within the luxury industry.
- You have a genuine passion for people development, client centricity, soft skills, and hospitality.
- You possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, intercultural agility, and a meticulous attention to detail.
- You are autonomous, full of energy, and resourceful, always ready to take on new challenges.
