Manager HR Business Partners Switzerland
Meyrin-Satigny, Geneva, Switzerland
As a Country HRBP, you are acting as a trusted advisor to Business Partners and Science & Research business partner in Geneva. With a deep understanding of local laws and regulations, you align HR strategies with your country's unique needs, culture, and business goals. You provide guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development while ensuring the effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives at the country level.
Key responsibilities
- Advise regional and global HR Business Partners (HRBPs), line managers, and employees on local policies, procedures, and legislation in Switzerland, ensuring HR operations, information, and data comply with internal policies and local laws.
- Participate in core HR processes, including performance calibration and talent reviews, succession planning, career management, FTE budgeting, learning and development (L&D), and reward and recognition, partnering with HRBPs, Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and business leaders.
- Implement strategic HR initiatives, including change management, culture and engagement programs, continuous improvement of HR systems and practices, and end-to-end standardization of the HR value chain.
- Design, implement, and facilitate onboarding programs, training sessions, workshops, and information sessions, ensuring L&D strategies address current and future business needs and support the development of high-potential talent.
- Partner with line managers to enhance leadership capability, strengthen team collaboration, address employee relations matters, and implement competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs in collaboration with the CoEs.

You bring
- Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master-s degree preferred)
- Fluency in both French and English is required
- Proven experience (min 8-12 years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar operational / CoE HR related role.
- Preferably experience in an international organization
- Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition and talent management, organizational development and stakeholders management
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills such as resilience and capacity to deal with uncertainty/ambiguity
- Strong flexibility, adaptability and mental agility
- Ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
