• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on all HR-related matters
• Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
• Partner with legal and compliance teams on sensitive or complex cases
• Support change management and workforce planning initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a matrixed or international environment
• Legal education or background, with a strong understanding of employment law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage complexity and influence across all levels of the organization
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
