Market Manager Data Center

In this role, you will take responsibility for one of R&M’s three strategic market segments. You will play a key role in shaping the global direction, portfolio, and market development of the Data Center business.

Connect to your team – your typical daily business

• Development and implementation of the global segment strategy, roadmap, and
  product portfolio for the Data Center market segment
• Direct leadership of the HQ Data Center team, including Product Management
  (~4 employees)
• Overall responsibility for revenue and profitability
• Close collaboration with regional market and sales organizations worldwide
• Launch of new products and solutions in line with technological and market developments
• Active involvement in strategic customer projects and key accounts
• Representation of the segment towards Executive Management, the Board of Directors, as well as externally at customer events and trade fairs
• KPI-based management, including budget and cost center responsibility

Connect to your potential – your professional experience

• Higher technical education ( , electrical engineering), complemented by business management know-how
• Several years of leadership experience in ICT, Data Center, or other technology-driven environments
• Proven success in market, portfolio, and go-to-market strategies
• Strong commercial understanding and excellent execution capabilities
• Very good English skills; German is desirable, additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to inspire and guide people, provide direction, and take responsibility
