To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Mechanical Design & Workshop Manager

Your main tasks:
• Leading the mechanical design team and the workshop team
• Coordinating and closely collaborating with other departments (Process, Electrical, and Quality Assurance)
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring workflows
• Ensuring data management in ERP systems, bills of materials, and CAD
• Developing new products and improving existing products
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

Your profie:
• Completed technical education with further training in mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering
• Technical understanding and hands-on mechanical skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Problem-solving skills and a strong focus on quality
• Proficient in using MS Office and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks)
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage
