Nanny / Housekeeper

Your mission:
For one of our client, we are seeking a highly experienced, discreet, and trustworthy professional to join a private family based in Coppet as a live-in Nanny / Housekeeper.

This position is strictly intended for a Turkish- and English-speaking candidate, who has previous experience working with high-profile families and who fully understands the importance of privacy and security in a private household environment.

You will play a key role in the daily well-being of the household, ensuring the care, development, and protection of an 11-year-old child, while also contributing to the overall organization of the home. he family places particular importance on discretion and respect for privacy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the care, safety, emotional well-being, and balanced development of the child in a stable, secure, and nurturing environment.
- Support the child’s education with a strong connection to Turkish culture (language, literature, and traditions) through a structured and respectful approach.
- Take care of the child before and after school, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
- Manage the family’s daily meals, including meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking in accordance with household standards and routines.
- Manage household tasks including shopping, cleaning, tidying, and laundry.
- Assist the family in their food autonomy farm-to-table approach growing fruits and vegetables, maintaining permaculture greenhouses, cultivating mushrooms, and supporting small-scale honey production.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family’s private life, daily routines, and any personal or professional information.
- Professional conduct and discretion are expected at all times in order to protect the family’s privacy.

Your Profile:
- Utmost trustworthiness and discretion.
- A strong cultural background and deep familiarity with Turkish culture.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with high-profile families.
- Training or solid experience in fruit and vegetable growing permaculture greenhouse maintenance, mushroom cultivation, and beekeeping is highly desirable.
- Languages:
o Fluent Turkish required,
o English (C1 – spoken and written) required,
o French is an asset.
- Personal qualities:

o Reliability, punctuality, autonomy, and flexibility,
o Discreet.
