Software Architect/Senior Fullstack Developer (m/w/d)

About the Role

In this senior position, you will take end-to-end responsibility for shaping the architecture and development of both cloud-based applications and machine control systems. You will work closely with a small, agile team and have a significant impact on our technical direction.

• Responsibility for the software architecture of our cloud applications and machine control software (frontend & backend)
• Design and development of scalable full-stack solutions
• Defining and implementing DevOps practices
• Build and maintain containerized Kubernetes environments (K8s)
• Leverage Azure services for hosting, storage, scaling, and monitoring
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security
• OpenTelemetry Integration for Observability
• Close collaboration with a small, agile team

What You Need to Be Successful

• Several years of experience as a Software Architect or Senior Fullstack Developer
• Sound knowledge of:

- Programming languages: C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Frameworks: Angular (incl. Tailwind CSS), Blazor (Optional)
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes
- Tools: GitHub, Jira, Confluence

• Experience with databases and scalable infrastructure
• Experience in Print Industry Solutions / Packaging Knowledge in Security by Design
• Compliance Optional: Knowledge of Linux, Web Application Security and Keycloak, Software Licensing
• Practical mindset
• Problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and strong communication skills
• Must have professional proficiency in German and English.
