Role Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs in GMP, aseptics, and drug product filling that align with and advance the company-s innovative mission.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure the seamless integration of training with overarching organizational objectives focused on patient life improvement.
• Lead efforts in developing and maintaining documentation that supports ongoing training initiatives and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• You have a degree in science or technology or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical production - ideally in sterile filling.
• You have sound knowledge of the GMP environment, particularly in the area of aseptics and Annex 1.
• You have a didactic flair, communicate clearly and are enthusiastic about passing on knowledge.
• You work in a structured and independent manner and enjoy cross-functional collaboration.
• You are committed to the team and open to new approaches.
• You have a very good command of German and English.
