Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the Portfolio Management team, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
- Coordinate and monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining and updating portfolio records and relevant databases.
- Prepare and distribute reports and presentations as required by the team.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Support the team in organizing events or workshops, including logistical arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement solutions.
The Successful Applicant
- A strong educational background, preferably in business administration or a related field.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an asset.
- Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive mindset and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
