About Our Client

Job Description
- Meet with employees across departments to understand their daily workflows, pain points, and productivity blockers.
- Identify "low-hanging fruit" processes where AI agents or automation can deliver quick, tangible time savings.
- Act as Product Owner for AI and automation initiatives: define use cases, prioritise backlog, and manage delivery roadmap.
- Design, test, and coordinate the deployment of AI agents and automated workflows for back-office, finance, operations, and marketing.
- Benchmark leading LLMs and AI tools (e.g. GPT, Claude, Llama, and related platforms) and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure that all AI use cases respect ethical guidelines, data protection principles, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and measure productivity gains from implemented solutions.
- Prepare clear documentation, user guides, and process maps for new tools and workflows.
- Train, coach, and support employees in adopting AI tools; run demos, workshops, and one-to-one sessions as needed.
- Communicate transparently on the capabilities and limitations of AI, avoiding over-promising or unsafe implementations.
- Contribute to the broader organisational structuring; in the medium term, the role may evolve into a transversal project manager working directly with the CEO.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in engineering, computer science, data, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product ownership, business analysis, or project delivery involving AI, automation, or digital tools.
- Strong ability to analyse workflows and translate business needs into concrete, prioritised AI use cases.
- Practical experience with LLMs and/or AI tools, and a good understanding of current trends in AI and automation.
- Solid awareness of AI ethics, data privacy, and cybersecurity considerations; able to set realistic boundaries for AI use.
- Comfortable conducting interviews with employees, challenging existing processes, and identifying quick wins.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to train, convince, and reassure non-technical users.
- Hands-on mindset: capable of working in a small, fast-moving, multicultural team with limited bureaucracy.
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Curious, pragmatic, and impact-oriented, with a strong drive to generate measurable productivity gains.
What's on Offer
- 6-month mission via Michael Page, with the possibility of a long-term evolution into a transversal project manager role.
- Direct impact on the company's productivity and internal transformation, in close contact with leadership.
- An agile, innovative environment where AI is used pragmatically, not as a buzzword.
