Project Manager Production & Supply

For an international company in the global agribusiness market near Basel we are looking for a

Responsibilities

Support Manufacturing organisation in diagnosing and transformation of production operations, embedding new ways of working and deliver breakthrough in production performance (develop and deploy new production management tools, processes and behaviours).

Accountabilities:

- Perform “fast-track” diagnostic on specific area of expertise (Production performance, Maintenance, Cost management, Mindset & Behaviours) to identify opportunities for productivity increase, ways of working improvement and define breakthrough implementation plan.

- Training of employee on standardized practices.

- Support local Manufacturing Excellence team in developing organization capability.

- Collaborate with functional experts to ensure that new capabilities are deployed (tools/processes/behaviours) and codified

- Promotes a data-driv en approach to performance management.

- Perform targeted audits. Issue recommendation for continuous improvement.

- Coaching of leaders.

- Ability to lead in dotted lines the local teams.

- Balanced approach between building capability and delivering results.

- Manages to create shared change purpose.

- Be a trusted partner within manufacturing.

- Effectively communicates complex technical concepts in simple, accessible terms to facilitate broader understanding and knowledge sharing.
