Property Manager (M/F) 100% ASAP

As a Property Manager (m/f), you will be responsible for managing properties and tenant relations, ensuring their smooth operation. This position requires a methodical approach and excellent organisation.

Our client is a medium-sized organisation operating in Switzerland. It is recognised for its structured approach and commitment to the quality of its services.

Responsibilities

As a Property Manager (m/f), you will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage a property portfolio and ensure its operational, commercial and financial performance.
• Negotiate, establish and monitor lease contracts as well as their renewals and amendments.
• Develop and manage operating budgets, investments and maintenance plans for assets.
• Supervise property management companies, service providers and external partners to guarantee service quality.
• Coordinate renovation projects and monitor works in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure monitoring of contractual deadlines, regulatory obligations and building compliance.
• Represent the company with tenants, landlords, authorities, co-ownerships and external advisors.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the property portfolio and optimisation of its profitability.

Candidate Profile

As a Property Manager (m/f), you have the following profile:

• Higher education in real estate (Federal Diploma or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management.
• Excellent knowledge of tenancy law and rental management.
• Experience in lease negotiation and managing external partners.
• Strong analytical, organisational and financial skills.
• Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel; SAP RE-FX is an advantage.
